- Cold Use: Remove the product from its box and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours prior to application.
- Hot Use (Two Methods): Submerge the product in a container of water (maximum temperature of 80°C) for 5-7 minutes. Heat in a microwave oven using precise settings: 800 Watts for 15 Seconds, or 1000 Watts for 12 Seconds. Always test the temperature with your hands before applying to the face.
- For external use only. Do not use outside the specified application areas.
- Do not use on skin that is highly allergic, intensely sensitive, or experiencing a loss of sensation. Never apply over open wounds.
- In special cases (e.g., post-surgery), explicit approval from a doctor or surgeon is required before use.
- Discontinue use immediately if pain or discomfort persists or if an unexpected reaction occurs.
- Do not exceed recommended times for cold use to prevent cold burns.
- Strictly avoid unapproved heating methods (ovens, heaters, etc.).
- Do not apply excessive pressure to the mask. Never use damaged, exploded, or leaking products. If contents touch the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek emergency medical attention if issues persist.
- Not suitable for use by children.
